Situated on a hillside near the village of San Jose villa Josie offers its guests privacy in a rural setting with all the amenities to accommodate 16 people in spacious bedrooms. It is a farm house (finca) built in 1700 consisting of typical Ibizan construction with different heights and sizes, with whitewashed walls and ceilings with beams of juniper wood. Panoramic views of the valley, sea and Formentera. The villa consists of four buildings: main house, guest house, loft house and coral. It offers large gardens with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, a swimming pool surrounded by a spacious solarium fully equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and massage areas.

The first comprises of 1 double bedroom, en suite bathroom, The second has 2 en suite bedrooms, private terrace with outdoor chill out areas, large living room with fireplace.
